Flapper girl

Well i don't usually use images from card kits, but this gorgous 1920's flapper girl from Kanban just screamed "me me me "
I think it came in a kit i purchased some years ago, and put in a drawer.
Iv'e been having a clear out of stuff i never use (Which goes to my friends after school club for the kids) so it is put to good use and the kids love it.
anyways here is my flapper girl card.
The black flowers have been sprayed with my Copic ABS (Air brush system) which i think you all know by now I love to bits.
The foiled backing card is just lush...I added some swarovski crystals to her earing and head dress.
The flowers are from WOC (Wild Orchid Crafts) and the silver leafs are from eBay.

Dark Horse

I am so pleased that so many people like my lovely Whimsy Unicorn  which by the way is called "Enchanted Hollow" from Dies to die for I love their website and fab service.
so after i made the first Unicorn card and sold it, i was asked to make 2 more, but one with a more dark and mysterious look.
so here is my attempt at this.
The unicorn still had to be magical and beautiful.
I added some little tiny diamontes to the mane and tail just to make it stand out a little more against the deep florals.
The butterflies are metal ones that i coloured with my copic Air spray system (I Just love it)
I also matched the background again using my air spray.
I hope you like it.

VINTAGE SHABBY CHIC TIME PIECE

I was getting a bit bored with the pastel pretty cards and decided to do something a little more Vintage and shabby and deep.
I love using the book pages as a backing, it adds a bit of drama.
I used this wonderful clock from WOC as it was perfect for the look i wanted and mounted it onto some cork.
sometimes you have to just do something different.....
the inside compliments the front.
This card is for sale on my website

New whimsy stamp

Hi everyone.
I have been really busy getting aquainted with my new Copic pens and my new ABS
Oh boy!  are they different to my Promarkers.
I have watched so many tutorials on blending and what numbers go with what and how to get the best out of my ABS...I forgot why i bought them and to enjoy them.
anyway finally i had the courage to make a card with them.....
Now i know its not perfect, but for my first try i'm quite pleased.
I've also been messing with different types of cardstock to see which one i like best. so i think I will post a little comparison later on.
so here goes......

I had some bleeding on the back of her dress, but nomatter how hard i tried to blend it out, it wasn't having any of it....the joy of hand made i guess.......

 I hope you like....
